Lorena Jolta
Founder & Director
With a genuine passion for early childhood education, Lorena built Little Miracles from the ground up with a focus on helping each child grow in confidence and development. She is very hands on in the day to day, often working right alongside her teachers and staying closely connected with families to make sure every child feels loved, supported, and ready for the next step in their learning journey.

Chassity Deac
Assistant Director
As a mom herself, she understands how important it is for families to feel confident, comfortable, and connected, and she works hard to create a warm, nurturing, and faith-centered environment for every child. Chassity loves helping children learn through hands-on activities, creativity, and play while supporting their emotional and developmental growth. She is dedicated to building strong relationships with families and making sure every child feels valued, supported, and excited to learn each day.

Sarah Deac
Lead Teacher | Transitional Kindergarten
Sara brings a strong skill set in creating a structured, engaging classroom environment that focuses on building early academic skills, independence, and strong social development as children prepare for kindergarten. She loves helping children grow in confidence as they learn letters, numbers, and classroom routines, all while keeping learning fun and meaningful. Sara is dedicated to supporting each child’s individual journey and creating a positive space where they feel encouraged, capable, and ready for their next step.

Natalie Atudoroae
Lead Teacher | Preschool
Faith is an important part of who she is, and she brings kindness, patience, and compassion into her preschool classroom each day. She focuses on creating a warm, structured environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to grow and learn. She enjoys incorporating art and music into her lessons through singing, movement, and hands on activities, helping make learning engaging, meaningful, and fun for every child.

Zoey Newbern
Lead Teacher | Discovery Preschool
Zoey has always known she wanted to work with children. She loves working with her two year olds and quickly found it to be the perfect fit. Zoey enjoys not only teaching her students but also building meaningful relationships with them each day. She is passionate about helping children grow and is dedicated to preparing them for a smooth and successful transition into the next stage of their learning.

Annabella Sanda
Lead Teacher | Discovery Preschool
Working with children and creating a warm, supportive environment where they feel safe, happy, and cared for is one of Bella’s greatest strengths. She truly enjoys being part of each child’s growth and loves watching them learn and build confidence every day. Annabella also has a heart for sharing God’s love and brings kindness, patience, and positivity into the classroom. She is dedicated to creating a calm, fun, and loving space where every child feels valued and supported.

Hannah Michlitsch
Lead Teacher | Toddlers
With over three years of experience in childcare, Hannah has worked with children of various ages and personalities, allowing her to support each child’s unique needs. She loves creating a fun and positive classroom where children can explore, be creative, and build confidence. Her goal is to ensure every child feels happy, supported, and loved while in her care.

Mikayla Blidar
Lead Teacher | Infants
Teaching Sunday school since she was 14, is where her love for working with children first began. She is currently pursuing her education in early childhood education, continuing to grow her knowledge and passion for working with young children. She especially enjoys working with infants and being part of their early growth and development. She believes every child is a gift from God and brings patience, kindness, and encouragement into everything she does. With experience as a babysitter, nanny, and now as an infant room teacher at Little Miracles, she is dedicated to helping each child feel safe, loved, and supported every day.
